The best part is, you don’t need to be a member of our gym to access our personal trainers. While we do offer a membership service, you can also choose to access personal training without the membership fees.

First, we offer free diet guides with nutritional advice and lifestyle analysis. Next, we’ll carry out some fitness tests to determine your current fitness levels Later on you can refer back to these initial test results and see the progress you’ve achieved over time. Of course, you will always want to consult with your own personal doctor before starting any exercise program.

All personal training clients receive monthly progress reports outlining their improvements, goals, and progress during the previous month.

We also have small, semi-private group training sessions, which means there will be 2-6 people per trainer, for an incredible rate. A fitness assessment is included for no extra charge.
